Effective 22 September 2026. These terms govern public site use before any separate coaching agreement.
This site provides general information about career coaching, mentoring and professional orientation. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, mental-health, recruitment, union, employment or other specialist advice for a particular person or organisation.
Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, introduce harmful code, bypass protections, scrape contact information, submit confidential material through the public form or reproduce original material as an unrelated service.
An enquiry does not create an engagement, reserve capacity, promise a scope, process payment or establish coaching terms. If Tafomeri and a client choose to work together, scope, fees, confidentiality, responsibilities and changes should be recorded in a separate written agreement.
The Tafomeri name, original copy, visual identity and website assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Substantial copying, resale, republication or adaptation requires written permission.
